I didn't have the opportunity to live next door, but I spent all my summers with him and Granny as a little girl. It's hard to believe that it's 10+ years already since he left us.
I'm glad you shared, I miss him too.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12479257.post-1131123514279229122005-11-04T11:58:00.000-05:002005-11-04T11:58:00.000-05:00Oh my gosh, I'm like ready to bawl here sitting at...Oh my gosh, I'm like ready to bawl here sitting at my desk at work. Hope nobody walks by now.
I was talking to my Grandmother last night who just turned 84 and she talks like she's finally admitting that she's getting old and stuff. Just too much in a couple of days. Grandparents are awesome.Quirky Christahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02043132955300776095noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12479257.post-1131089773826168852005-11-04T02:36:00.000-05:002005-11-04T02:36:00.000-05:00That is such a beautiful poem. It's been 3 years now since her passing but it only became a reality to me when I went home last year and realized life without her. I share your memories of wonderful times with those we love.Daph's Amazing Kidshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08823583511639128010noreply@blogger.com
